HSE Policy on Statutory Occupational Safety & Health Training

To inform all Managers (Responsible Persons) and employees of the requirement to provide and attend statutory occupational safety and health training.

This policy also sets out roles and responsibilities with respect to statutory training. This policy applies to all employees and others working in the HSE. This policy document specifically applies to occupational safety and health training. It is not intended to cover statutory training in the areas of Fire Safety or Infrastructural Risk. Where reference is made to training in other closely related risk areas this is for differentiation purposes only.
