Sets duties of HSE and any Contractor in the management of health and safety in contract work/services and any associated cooperation/coordination arrangements.

The management of Contractors is recognised by the HSE as an integral component of the safety management system. Will ensure that the selection and management of contractors is in line with current safety, health and welfare legislative requirements. Roles and responsibilities are clearly outlined to ensure the safety health and welfare of all those who come in contact with our service.
