This webinar will be facilitated and presented by the National Open Disclosure team and we are delighted to welcome guest presenters from acute and community services to share the learning on documenting Open Disclosure at the webinar.
Purpose of the Webinar:
The purpose of the webinar is to:
- To update staff on HSE Open Disclosure policy requirements for documenting Open Disclosure
- To provide guidance on the tools available to support good documentation
- To provide examples of Open Disclosure documentation
- To provide an update on pending changes to documenting Open Disclosure on NIMS
Attendees:
We are welcoming all staff to attend this webinar. Please circulate to everyone in your organisation who may be interested in attending.
We remain very mindful of the pressures that services are currently working under. We will be recording this webinar and making it available on the HSE Open Disclosure website for those of you who may not be in a position to attend.
