This webinar will be facilitated by Dr John Fitzsimmons and Juanita Guidera who will lead the discussion on the Act with a panel of staff working in various roles across our health and social care services and a patient representative.
Purpose of the webinar
Is to learn more about the key provisions of the The Patient Safety (Open Disclosure and Notifiable Incidents) Act, 2023 and what it means for:
- staff working in various roles on the front line in terms of implementation
- patients and their families/relevant persons
