This webinar will be facilitated by the National Open Disclosure Office. We are delighted to welcome Professor Ciaran O'Boyle, Director Centre for Positive Psychology and Health, Royal College of Surgeons as our guest presenter for this webinar.
Purpose of the webinar
The purpose of the webinar is to:
- Explore the emerging new construct of positive health;
- Define and summarise new insights from positive psychology and lifestyle medicine;
- Define and describe the concept of mindset and consider its role in wellbeing and resilience;
- Explore personal strategies for decreasing stress and increasing wellbeing at work;
- Define transformational leadership and identify strategies for creating positive organisations.

We remain very mindful of the pressures that services are currently working under. We will be recording this webinar and making it available on the HSE Open Disclosure website for those of you who may not be in a position to attend.
