- explore how to move away from a checklist and tools based approach to improvement
- gain insight into how research has reconciled the differences between Lean Six Sigma methodologies and person-centred approaches to care
- learn how to develop meaningful metrics that move away from a narrow range of volume-based metrics, which are not necessarily facilitators of person-centredness.
