QPS TalkTime World Patient Safety Day Special 2023

On the 12th September there will be a special for World Patient Safety Day.

In this session we will:

  1. Launch “Your health, your voice” resources, prepared to mark World Patient Safety Day.
  2. Share practical tips to improve health literacy in your communication with service users.
  3. Hear about an OCED report focused on patient partnership
  4. Get ideas from a number of services across Ireland for marking World Patient Safety Day
