- HSE National Quality and Patient Safety team (NQPS)
- Health and Social Care Quality Improvement (HSCQI) Northern Ireland
- The Regulation and Quality Improvement Authority (RQIA)

Workshop details
The day will provide an opportunity for leaders to:
- get a just-in-time refresher on the tools in the Quality Improvement Guide and Toolkit
- create a space to reflect and learn together to improve stakeholder engagement
- gain an insight into methodologies which support and enhance engagement in quality improvement
- explore an example of how a team applied a QI Methodology to a challenge
- signposting to resources to support this work

This workshop is designed for staff with existing Quality Improvement knowledge and experience.
Before the day, HSE staff are recommended to do the following HSeLanD programmes:
- Introduction to Quality Improvement (30 mins)
- Foundation in Quality Improvement (3 hours)
