This webinar will be facilitated by the National Open Disclosure Office. We are delighted to welcome back Morgan Lucey, Head of National Employee Assistance Services (MIACP), from the HSE Workplace Health & Wellbeing Unit as our guest presenter for this webinar.

Purpose of the webinar

• describe the range of EAP supports that are available to staff following incidents
• outline the role of the line manager in providing psychosocial support to staff
• indicate what supports EAP provides following patient safety incidents
