What is the session is about?

  • hear from colleagues within the HSE NCCA, NOCA, NPEC and RCPI about the 2024 staff clinical audit survey
  • explore the effectiveness of national and local clinical audits within local healthcare settings, focusing on quality improvement implementation, enablers and challenges
  • discuss the findings which will help identify areas for improvement in clinical audit processes
  • explore how to use the findings to inform an action plan to make improvements in the HSE to support and build a culture for QI and close the clinical audit cycle
