- highlight lessons learned from introducing integrated care across settings
- share insights on ways of working that enable integrated care such as inter-disciplinary, cross sectoral collaboration, case management
- demonstrate how Integrated Care services can flex to deliver a person-centred service
- hear from service users about the impact integrated ways of working have had on their lives
- share the lived experience of staff working in Integrated Care services and their quality improvement approaches to enhance integrated care
