Join us when we will:

  • learn how clinical design enables Integrated Care
  • highlight lessons learned from introducing integrated care across settings
  • share insights on ways of working that enable integrated care such as inter-disciplinary, cross sectoral collaboration, case management
  • demonstrate how Integrated Care services can flex to deliver a person-centred service
  • hear from service users about the impact integrated ways of working have had on their lives
  • share the lived experience of staff working in Integrated Care services and their quality improvement approaches to enhance integrated care
