The purpose of this SOP is to set out a clear and consistent methodology for conducting EQIAs. The process may also be used to equality-proof key decisions and strategies impacting upon the workforce.

The HSE is committed to enhancing the way in which it addresses diversity, equality and inclusion (DEI) in the infrastructure, policy and practice relating to its workforce, as outlined in the HSE’s Diversity, Equality and Inclusion Strategy 2022-2024 and subsequent strategies.
