HSE National Policy to implement the WHO/UNICEF Code of Marketing of breast-milk substitutes and subsequent WHA resolutions (WHO Code) within HSE facilities.

The aim of this policy is to implement the WHO/UNICEF Code of Marketing of breast-milk substitutes and subsequent WHA resolutions (WHO Code) within HSE facilities, by HSE employees, by HSE funded agencies and government funded health service facilities. Also to provide guidance to managers, staff and other stakeholders on their role in implementing the policy.
