These are the injury grant scheme, the serious physical assault scheme and pension rate of pay. These guidelines also set out the procedure to be adhered to when managing the implementation of schemes to ensure consistent management, together with providing clarity on roles and responsibilities of all parties. Should be read in conjunction with HSE's Managing Attendance, the Rehabilitation of Employees back to work after illness or Injury and any other relevant HR policies.
