To inform all relevant staff for developmental screening and surveillance of children, of the requisite steps to be followed when using the ASQ-3™.

All Registered Public Health Nurses (RPHN) who carry out developmental assessments and surveillance of children at the core public health nursing child health assessments as per Best Health for Children Revisited (2005). All relevant staff (e.g. Community Medical Doctors) that may employ the ASQ3™ on receipt of a referral for a child at risk of developmental delay that requires further assessment and follow up.
