The HSE is carrying out an in depth review of its policies and procedures concerning protected disclosures and will publish these in due course. In the interim, the procedures outlined in this document represent an update to the HSE Protected Disclosures Procedures to reflect the amended Act and the DPER ‘Protected Disclosures Act: Interim guidance for public bodies and prescribed persons’.
