My Medicines List now available in 52 languages

Do you keep a list of your medicines? Can you describe and discuss your medicines with healthcare professionals and family when you want to?

Now available in 52 different languages, the ‘My Medicines List’ is a list of all the medicines and supplements you take. Keeping a list can help you know your medicines. It can also help you when you are discussing your medicines with a healthcare professional.

The National Medication Safety Programme have developed these resources as part of the HSE Know, Check, Ask campaign.

Where can I get a 'My Medicines List'?

You can access the 'My Medicines Lists' from the resources section on the safermeds page.

Hard copies of the ‘My Medicines List’ in English can be requested on healthpromotion.ie.

The HSE encourages you to bring these resources to the attention of your networks, groups, colleagues and anyone in your life who takes medication. Together, we can work to reduce medication-related harm.
